Community / Collaboration with Access Gallery
This installation combines with 106 individual Monoprints on Kozo paper created with the Access gallery artists and their volunteers during my print residency at Access gallery. One of great part of this collaboration print project was to share own stencils to others, and also creating a print with several people adding each layer with each person. Hand-manipulated each print to create a form like shallow box to give soft structure, then stitched each of them with cotton thread by hand. The interwoven form suspended from the ceiling, installed the stencils and additional prints to finish on site.
