Installations / Point to Point

This installation consists of 10 piece of sculptural forms made from bamboo sticks, Monotype prints, and Sumi brush strokes on Japanese Kozo paper. Bamboo sticks are shaped by hand and joined with thread and adhesive. Broken pieces are repaired and included. the printed and painted paper is cut to fit and placed within the bamboo framework, using print —alongside ink drawing—as a medium to explore spatial relationships through form, line, and movement. Reimagined how forms can exist in space—appearing separate yet ultimately connected as a whole.
